Venez nous rejoindre pour une soirée de relation authentique avec intimité consciente et platonique.

Nous utiliserons des pratiques de Authentic Relating (AR) qui encouragent la conscience de soi, l'écoute profonde et cultivent la connexion par l'expression authentique. À travers cet événement, nous présenterons le toucher comme une autre forme de communication, tout en accueillant intentionnellement notre expérience intérieure avec la possibilité de l'exprimer authentiquement et verbalement aux autres. Nous aurons de l'espace et du temps pour explorer librement à la suite d'activités structurées qui introduiront des chemins pour se connecter plus profondément avant de nous inviter à une exploration du toucher consensuel. Dans cet espace plus sûr, vous serez encouragés à vous honorer en demandant ce que vous voulez et en respectant vos limites. Notre intention est que cette expérience “cœur à cœur” vous nourrisse et crée de l’expansion en vous.

18h45 Bienvenue, cercle d’ouverture, explication du cadre et ancrage guidé. Activité facilitée style Relation Authentique, pour favoriser les échanges verbaux en profondeur et authentique, ensuite comment intégrer du toucher dans nos intéractions. Rappel du cadre et ouverture de l'espace d'exploration libre.

~ ENGLISH VERSION ~ Are you longing for deeper conversations where you can dare to share honestly and vulnerably and just be received without judgment or someone giving you advice? Come join us for an evening of relating authentically with conscious and platonic intimacy.

We will use Authentic Relating (AR) practices that encourage self-awareness, deep listening, and cultivate connection through authentic expression. In this event, we will introduce touch as another form of communication, while intentionally noticing our inner experience and authentically expressing it to others. We will have space and time to explore freely after a set of structured activities which will introduce deeper ways of connecting before inviting us into an exploration of consensual touch.

In this safer space, you will be encouraged and empowered to honor yourself by asking for what you want and honoring your boundaries. Our intention is for this heart to heart experience to feel expansive and nourishing.

Schedule : (Event from 6:30-10:00pm)
6:30 p.m. Doors open. Doors close at 6:45 p.m.
6:45 p.m. Welcome, opening circle. explanation of container for the evening, guided embodiment. Authentic Relating type activities to facilitate deeper verbal exchanges and how to invite touch. Review of the container and beginning of free exploration.
9:45 p.m. Closing circle - Number of places: 30 people maximum

  • Regular contribution : 45$ including tx
  • Student contribution/Low Income : ask us for a 10 or 20% discount.
  • Support contribution/High Income : Offer a “Suspended ticket” or ⅓ of a ticket and we will give it to support the low income.
